Born dec 2nd 1989 and partner born dec 2nd 1986. When will we have a baby? Conceive natural or IVF?

Your partner is a dragon in the Chinese horoscope y'all understand each other cause of y'all birthdays , but if u want to conceive even tho you both are very family oriented I'd wait till the relationship matures it can work between you both as the year goes but no one wants to be with themselves.
