Please why those china post behave like these I paid for flight but now it's now more than 30days

I send a goods from china to turkey and it's more than 33days now my brother has not yet received it. I paid for flight not surface but now it's taken so long. Have track in different website but still saying "null" the last update was 28dec now is February. Can anybody give me solution and idea where my goods is located and the means that was used for sending my package....tracking code CP247721709CN
