About:The Bund Shanghai

How far is the bund from the equtorial hotel is taking a taxi to and from the hotel a good idea in Shanghai?

From your hotel, there is about 5.5 to 6km to the Bund and costs about 15 minutes.
If you take a taxi, the fare is around 25RMB if there is no traffic jam.
It is a good idea to see the Bund in SH.
