About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

lounges at Shanghai

In transit from UK to NZ we have 4.5hr stop in SH, are there any lounges we can prebook, if not is there plenty to see/do ?

I don't think it's a good idea to get out of the airport because you just have 4.5 hours stop there. There are hour rooms inside the airport. You may stay at a hour room if you like.
