About:Nan Ao Island

How do me and a friend get from guangzhou to nan'ao? Where do we get a bus?

We are planning for a 3day trip, which hotels are near the beaches?

Take a direct bus at Provincial Bus Station or Tianhe Bus Station to Shantou directly. You may get to Shantou General Bus Station, near which you can take bus no. 102 to Laiwu Lukou stop. Then take a ferry to the island.

As for the accommodation, I remember the Coastal Hotel (Haibin Hotel) is very close to the beach.
