Student visa denied

Hi! I am a Philippine passport holder and I have applied for a student V which I was told was denied (no reason given) but there is no Denied stamp on my passport. Can I re-apply even before the 6 month rolling period is over. Thanks :)

you can try again, but better to check your application documents or consult a visa agency.

Thanks for the response Peter. i have consulted several and was told to better try after 6 months but the girl from the school in Shanghai said it was not denied and the application was just not accepted and to try re-applying on another chinese embassy. I am confused if they will reconsider my application.
