Some information are provided for you:The Sweet Spot under Guomao shopping mall provides the gluten free pastry and Jenny Lou's sells gluten free pasta and honey corn flake. These are all I know and I think you can ask the owner's of these two shops and I am sure you can get more information about the free gluten food. Hope it helps.
