About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

what is the best (quickest and less costly) way to travel from Beijing Railway Station to BJ Capital airport?

It is suggested to take the airport shuttle bus line 3 from the railway station to the airport. The fare is around 24RMB per person.
