About:Chinese Embassy in Qatar

I am a Filipino on tourist visa in Qatar, can i apply a tourist visa to visit PRC here in Doha?

I think you should contact the consular department of Chinese embassy in Qatar to confirm whether you can apply there. Generally speaking, you are required to provide the resident permit for employment or study or any legal status in the third country.
