Is the Consulate open today? (Since the weather is so cold, would you still be open?)

There is no notice that says the consulate is closed due to the cold weather. The latest update says the consulate will be closed on January 30 to 31 and open to the public on Feb. 1. If you are still worried, you can call them and see if the consulate is closed or not.
