hello, I would like to come to Shenyang this year's September for studies. Will it be snowing then?

I am coming from a country where It's hot and doesn't snow. Will I cope in SY?

The snow will not happen in September and usually, it begin to snow from November.
It is cold in winter outside in SY, but warm in the rooms.
