About:

can I buy train ticket from shanghai to suzhou online?

Hi. Im regina from indonesia
I want to ask you guys about can or can not I buy the train ticket from SH to Suzhou online? And If I have to buy it direct from the train station, can the officers speak english? Because I know nothing about speak chinese

Of course, you can book the ticket online. As I know, you can book the ticket on this website in advance and get your ticket at the Hongqiao Railway Station.
The tickets can also be bought at the railway station and you can find the officers speaking English to sell tickets.
