Born in 30 Aug 1990 ; How should i improve career and relationship luck?

Currently at a new job since last yr nov, really tough job and can lose it anytime. What can i do to make sure I do well at work(sales related) is there anything i can place on office desk for luck? or any colour or object could help? Also I'm dating my colleague and he is undergoing divorce. He is zodiac sign tiger. What can be done to improve our relationship as we get a lot of friction being not just lovers but also colleagues. I really wanna keep both my job and boyfriend!
