HOW CAN I GO FROM XIAMEN TO TIBET BY TRAIN AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST AND ALSO HOW CAN I GO TO TIBET FROM KUNMING AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

There is no train from Lhasa to Xiamen or to Kunming. You can take flight from Kunming to Lhasa. From Xiamen, you can take train to Guangzhou first and then take flight to Lhasa.
