Of course, but for such a short stopover, you just need to get a free stay permit after arrival at the airport providing your passport and ticket for leaving.

What does it menas "get a free stay permit" it is type of transer-visa or just another document, and who give it? Immigration office on airport or carrier after my request?

Hi, this permit is issued by Immigration office in the airport. This permit is a stamp only to your passport.
