About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Convert Tourist L to F visa in Hong Kong?

I am on tourist L. I want to get F, do you know if it is possible to get it in Hong Kong? Because I tried to apply for it in China but they said to me that is is impossible from September law.

It it possible if you have invitation letter addressed to the Commissioner's Office of China Foreign Affairs in HK.

Not, not now, invitation letter won't work also... You now need an Hong Kong ID to get a visa in Hong Kong....

You mean by the normal way, by the Chinese Embassy, right? I want to know if it is possible get it by an agency.
