I recommend airport shuttle bus line 3, which can directly take you from the train station to PEK within 40-50min.

Hi, you can also use metro. At BJ Railway Station, take subway line 2 to Dongzhimen, where transfer to Express Train to the airport. The whole journey takes around 45min. But you may need to wait for some time at Dongzhimen.
