RB676622505CN i am waiting for this delivery over 4 months already

Where and how can I get the location of it? it shows it didn't leave Beijing yet. How can it be?
Could it be a froud?, ordered from Ali express.

It is hard to tell where it is now, since there is no update online.
It is suggested to ask the seller to help you to check it. If you cannot get help from him, I think you should ask for returning your money.
