My boyfriend is Colombian, but currently with me on a tourist visa in the U.K.

We have been accepted to work in a training school in China and need to obtain our Z (the school can provide the paperwork).

Can my boyfriend apply for the Z in Hong Kong? I can't find the information on any websites. Thanks!
