can i print tickets at home (europe) 2 weeks before departure?

hello, we will travel in china in august, we want to book the train, since we read that the tickets are issued only 20 days before departure, it is not possible to send them to our home adress, is it possible to send them by mail, so i can print them myself? can i print them on a personal computer, or is it only possible to print them at the railway station ?

The tickets can only be issued at the railway station or ticket offices in China with the booking No. and your passports. But if needed, we can deliver them to your hotel or a personal address in China.
