Can I get the tourust visa for 90 days in China?

even without having a flightticket to an other country? I' German, but I'm in Japan now.

I am afraid not. Generally, the L is issued with 30 days as the duration of stay, but it is possible for you to extend it while you are in there. By the way, if you apply without invitation letter, flight ticket is required.
