Hunan is a province, so which city do you want to go?
If you mean Changsha city, there is only one bus from NB General Bus Station to Changsha at 13:00 and the bus fare is around 392RMB.
Or you can take bullet trains for Hangzhou and then change another bullet train for Changsha.1
