If by subway line 2, the fare is around 7RMB to Jingan Temple Station. By taxi, it is around 200RMB. Get out of the station from Exit 9 and then you can reach the No. 1, Changde Road.
The airport station is within the walking distance from the international airport. Since the airport station is the starting point, it is easy to take the luggage to take the subway. The line will become crowded when it enter the city downtown, but you will not feel worry about it since you will have a seat at the starting station.
Outside, the terminal, you can find many taxis to the city downtown and it will wait in line.
Both of the subway and the taxi cannot use credict card to pay. The taxi takes about 50 tp 60 minutes. The subway takes about 60 minutes.

if so how to take the SMT from PuDong International Airport,

The maglev does not reach Jing'an area, but only reaching the Longyang Subway Station. Upon reaching the Longyang Station, you still need to change to the subway line 2.
If you just want to enjoy the maglev, you may try.
