I think you may refer to the Jishuitan, right?
If so, it is suggested to take the local subway line 2 to get to Qianmen Station. Get out of the station from Exit C and then walk to find the bus line BRT 1 to Muxiyuan Bridge Station. Get off the bus and then you can walk to that fabric market.0
