having problem with love life with a ox man born scorpio .

We get  along first but sometimes he would bring  up money / friendship issues. He doesn't trust nor have friends, he's paranoid about having friends and doesn't want to spare money for important cause.even for wedding soon.  I'm a capricorn tiger born in 1975.
