About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

How much I be pay for 1 extra baggage from USA to Guangzhou (bicycle) 20kg

Please give me the answer because I can not anywhere like to know

May I know which airlines do you use? As I know, the extra luggage is charged differently from airlines to another.
Anyway, I heard you need to pay 1.5% of your air ticket fare for an extra luggage.
