Plan to visit Taiwan in late Mar. 2104. Is it the good timing

How is the weather in March 2014?
What are the things to worry during March?
Would like to explore the east coast, any recommendation?

Which specific place do you want to go, the north, the south or the central?
Generally speaking, the average temperature is around 20 to 25C and it is around 15C if the cold air comes. It will be humid for that place. The spring clothes are suggested as well a coat.
The climate is changeable, so you may need to care about this. Besides, no other things you need to pay attention to.
Along that coast, the Sanxiantai and Taroko National Park are suggested to have a look.
