What's the best way to see Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou/Huanglong, and take a Yangtze River cruise in 9 days?

I've planned a trip to Xinjiang and the Silk Road ending in Xian. After that, I'm kind of stuck on how best to plan the rest of the trip because I don't know the flight routes and schedules.
The current thought is fly from Xian to Chengdu and stay for 3 days, fly to Jiuzhaigou and stay for 3 days, fly back to Chengdu to take the train to Chongqing (didn't find any direct flight from Jiuzhaigou to Chongqing) for the cruise.
I didn't find any direct flight from Xian to Jiuzhaigou either, is there any? Maybe we can rest a bit in Chengdu first anyway. We also want to go to Huanglong right from the Jiuzhaigou airport for 1/2 day before going to the hotel in Jiuzhaigou but where do we put our luggage? It's not clear if there are shuttles running from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou or any early Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou flight to let us do this either. Can you help?

There are direct flights from Xian to Jiuzhaigou and Jiuzhaigou to Chongqing, but they are very limited and only available in the travel peak season. There are shuttle buses running from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong. They are available at 6:30 and 7:00 in the morning. The bus returns back to Jiuzhaigou at 15:00 in the afternoon. You can go to Huanglong first after landing and then catch the bus in the afternoon to Jiuzhaigou. Since the shuttle bus is limited, you may also consider to charter a car from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou and the charge is around CNY300-CNY400 per car. The journey takes about 2.5 hours.
