I will be arriving from Dali on the 29th of January, and would like to visit Tiger Leaping Gorge for a few hours (1-2 hours), and then get a bus to Shangrila. What time do buses leave LJ bus station for Tiger Leaping Gorge? What time do buses leave Tiger Leaping Gorge for Shangrila?Thanks in advance.

The first bus from LJ is at around 08:30 or you can take the buses for Zhongdian via Tiger Leaping Gorge. The buses for Zhongdian are much frequent and the first bus is at around 07:30 and last to about 17:00.The bus from Tiger Leaping Gorge is not fixed and you need to stop the buses on your own.
