Thinking of coming to Harbin for the Ice Festival in Feb. is there a way for wheel chair rental ?

It is hard to rent a wheel chair in the city, so you may need to take a portable wheel chair.0

If you want to go to the Ice and Snow World, you'd better visit it in early Feb. It'll be getting warm and not totally safe because of melting ice block.0
