About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

If I have to carry a golf bag from Hong Kong to Kunming and back, is the golf bag counted as excess luggage

and at what cost?

If you take of it as check in luggage, it surely is counted as excess luggage. If you just carry it onto plane, it shall be fine, as I know. Anyway, for the details, you'd better consult your airlines in advance.
