About:China Postal Service

i recently got a reply to my previous question about my shipment. Here's my tracking number RC063083620CN

The person told me my order was in the fuzhou airport and I should expect it within 20 days. Now I am wondering since I'm supposed to expect It within 20 days do weekends count ? Or is it just week days. ? ( I also asked that question on January 11 the ). Someone please reply. Thank you.
