About:China Visa Application in USA

Hi traveling to China in March but have not made hotel revervations yet but I do ahve plane tickets.

Can I still apply for visa?

I am afraid not. For tourist L application, hotel booking is required. Actually, booking for your first hotel after arrival is enough for application.
