Z visa issue?

Hi, I used to have a Z working permit 2 years ago and its expiry year is 2015. But it was cancelled by my previous china company and now I wish to apply for one, as there is a new company is going to employ me soon. Now the problem is, I have lost all my education certificates during house shifting. Will this be a major obstable for applying one Z type? Thanks!

I don't think so, you can contact the new company if they are able to get you a work permit without degree certificate. I think it is ok because you were issued one before. After you get the work permit and invitation letter, you can apply for work Z without problem.

Shenzhen requires your degree and other stuff, even if you renew the Z. Some cities will require it.
