Three Departments and Six Ministries system were the major official systems. They assited the emperor to rule the whole country, in the fields of Soldiersm Punishment, Work, Revenue, and Rituals. Besides, there was a Censorate to rule the officials andinterrogate prisoners , five superviser departments in charge of royal handicrafts, culture and education, water conservancy and others and nine temples/Si departments for logistics.
