How much to pay for cable car to Snow Sculpture Expo in Harbin?

Is there a compo ticket cable + the entrance fee?

I think you may mean the cable car from the Tongjiang Street, right?
If so, the fare is around 30RMB per person.
There is no combo ticket cable and entrance fee.
