Can someone recommend me a day tour in Hong Kong during Chinese New Year on 31st January 2014.

There are a few celebration in HK for Chinese Spring Festival.
So I think you can arrange your trip on your own intesets. In my opinion, it is suggested to go to the Ngong Ping 360 and then the Peak. After that if time is available, you can go to the Star of Avenue and see the Victoria Bay.
