Visa requirements for less than 72 hours

I'm Danish who lives in Korea. I'm planning to go to Beijing for Lunar New year.
I will stay less than 72 hours. I will depart and arrive from/to PUS.
Do I need one when it's less than 72 hours?
If yes, can I get it at the consulate in Busan?

Hi, if you want to take advantage of 72 hour free stay, the country of departure and destination can not be the same. In your case, a tourist L is required, and you can apply through a travel agency from Chinese consulate in Busan if you hold ARC valid for more than 6 months.
