About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Moving to China. What visa can I get? Is it possible for me to get "F" since my husband is Taiwanese?

Hello, I am an American citizen and my husband is Taiwanese. He is planning to move to China and I want to go with him. My stay there will be long term so my question is, how can I stay there long term?

Hi, I believe that even your husband needs to apply for an Entry Permit to stay for long term in Mianland PRC. As a spouse of Taiwanese, you need to apply S type for family visit. But sorry I am not clear if you can get a long term S1 type or not. You are advised to visit or contact the embassy directly for more details.
