LC150682826US is my package number

I have been trying to check on this package that was due to be delivered before Christmas. I have used EMS and the China post websites. There is not evidence it is in China, but it left the US on 12-13-2013. I have called bothe EMS and China Post at their central 10083/ 10085 numbers and they say it hasn't arrived in CHina. I've tried the local post office and no one answers the phone. I am going to go back to the states, soon for a vacation and if they call me when I am gone, I won't be able to answer my phone and then it will be sent back to the US and the postage will be lost. IF it is sent back I'm sure it won't arrive in the US until I am back in China, so I will still be seperated from my things. What website or number can tell me if this package is in China?
