how to get to nanchang from wuhan? and how long ? can i get to shanghai by train , how long?

You can travel from Wuhan by train, at Wuhan Railway Station or Wuchang Railway Station. By bullet train, you will get to NC within 3h and by normal fast train, it takes around 5h.

And do you mean that you wanna travel from NC to Shanghai? If so, it will be accessible to go by train. Bullet train takes 6.5h and normal fast train takes around 10h.
