About:China Visa on Arrival

Can they get a transit visa upon arrival?

We have Indian passengers transiting through Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport with an ongoing flight to Delhi, India. They will be in two different airlines (Cebu Pacific and China Southern). Flight will originate in Manila, Philippines. They have 7 hours layover in Guangzhou. Appreciate a response.

Hi, visa is not required if they will not leave the airport during stopover.
