About:Hong Kong Airport Express

How late is the Hong Kong Airport Express Service office open?

We would like to purchase our Airport Express Travel Pass on-line before we get to the airport. However how late is the Service office open, we arrive in Hong Kong at 9:15 PM. How do we receive the tickets we purchased on-line.

I remember the service office will operate till the midnight (0:30 exactly). Don't worry!

Actually, you don't need the travel pass when boarding at HKIA. Upon arrival at HK Station or Kowloon Station by the Express Train, you can go to the Customer Service Center to get the ticket that you reserved online. To get the ticket, you need to show:
1. Copy of your email "Order Confirmation" or "Order History";
2.The exact credit card you used for placing the order for signature verification.

So, we can board the Express Train at the airport without our travel pass, and then travel to Kowloon, and get the travel pass at the Kowloon Station to get the tickets we reserved online???

What if someone checks us while we are on the train to see if we have a ticket?
