my vendor has told me my order has been sent to the US on 12/23/2013 and i still havent received it.

RB672743914CN-my vendor has told me my order has been sent to the US on 12/23/2013 and i still havent received it. NOw its Saying NULL what does that mean?? and where is my package?

NULL here refers to the status of "Delivery to Airport" and the airport here is Shanghai Pudong Airport. On Dec. 23, your parcel was in the airport for customs check, after which it would be sent to the US. By now, it should have been arrived at your country customs.

can they contact air parcel to see the exact.location of my items . i have contacted mtge USPS ggey tell meca lavel has been printed for preshipment.but has.not reached them yet. i would just like ro know my items exact location abd to make sure my packages arent list please help
