Rice terraces April/May, 5 days

I am planning to visit the terraces late April to May (5 days) is it also a good time? are the terraces filled?

The best time to visit Yuanyang terraced fields is from November to the next April. Normally, the rice planting begins from May and I am not sure whether the terraces are still filled with water or not in late April to May.
