How to get from Xiamen airport to north train station? The fastest way.

We arrive at 10.50 in the morning from Amsterdam and want to transfer to the North station to catch the train to Shenzhen. What is the fastest way to do so? and how long does it takes from the airport to the train station? Also how can I purchase a train ticket in advance?
