where i can buy train ticket from macau to guangzhou at macau?

which station should i go and can i buy on spot on the same day?

First of all, there is direct train service between the two cities. Anyway, I suggest you go from where you are to Gongbei border and then cross that to Zhuhai Gongbei, near which it is Zhuhai Railway Station. There you can easily take a train to Guangzhou and it shall be ok to buy a ticket on the same day on the spot, except the peak season such as Chinese National Day Holiday and Chinese Spring Festival.

Ok. If let's say I want to buy ticket online, how to collect the ticket? Can I collect at the railway station?

I booked train tickets from TravelChinaGuide and collected my ticket in the railway station, but that is for the journey from Beijing to Shanghai. Anyway, you can consult them about this if you are interested.
