About:Taiwan Weather

Is it advisable to travel to Taiwan during the late August to late September period?

I might be heading to that island during late August - late September for a backpacking trip

It may not a good idea to travel then, because it will be very hot and wet. Also it will be during the typhoon season, and you may take a risk in meeting a typhoon. If possible, you are suggested to convert the plan to late Sep. (end of typhoon season) to Oct.
