You can reach Beijing first andf from Beijing, there are direct trains to ZY and the trains are T69, T177 and K43B.0

There are two trains at Beijing Train Station to ZY, and one train is available (T69) at Bejing West Train Station, which is around 5 hours faster than the other two at Beijing Station.0
