Extra documents for china tourist visa?

I am irish citizen living / working in Dubai. Want to visit china for two weeks. I have filled form, have round trip flights, hotel accommodation papers. What else will I have to submit?

You should also provide the original and copy of your UAE residence visa, as well as your passport.
